Richmond County Partnership for Children is now a community partner with Diaper Bank of North Carolina! Every month, Circle of Parents participants can receive one pack of diapers per child, one pack of wipes, and feminine hygiene products. Diapers are an essential need that many families do not have. “1 in 3 U.S. families experience diaper need. Babies without clean diapers are exposed to more potential health risks & less likely accepted to [child care], leaving parents unable to attend work,” according to the National Diaper Bank Network, which has researched the effects of diaper need. By partnering with Diaper Bank of North Carolina, RCPC will assist children to help reduce the number of adverse childhood experiences they may endure.
