Pinwheels for Prevention

Richmond County embraced RCPC’s Pinwheels for Prevention Campaign with almost 200 pinwheels displayed across the county. Child care facilities, restaurants, businesses, governments agencies, faith based organizations, and others participated in Child Abuse Prevention Month in April by displaying blue pinwheels.
